This Privacy Policy explains what information Oshi Collections may process, why it is used, which services support the site, and how to contact us.
Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Oshi Collections handles information when you browse oshi.cc, contact the editorial team, or use a protected staff workspace. Oshi Collections is an independent project operated in Japan by Operators.
Information we may process
Depending on how you use the site, we may process:
Technical request information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested URL, referring page, date and time, and security-related logs
Cookies or similar identifiers required for security, access control, traffic management, and site operation
Information you voluntarily send to us, including your name, email address, message, correction request, and supporting materials
For authorized staff, account identity, role, review actions, editing history, and audit records
The public catalog does not require a general user account. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your inquiry.

Infrastructure and service providers
Oshi Collections uses Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery, security, access control, and related infrastructure. Cloudflare may process technical information on our behalf or under its own applicable terms. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Cloudflare cookie documentation.
We may use other carefully selected providers when necessary to operate the service. This policy will be updated when a new provider materially changes how personal information is handled.
Advertising
Oshi Collections does not currently use affiliate links. We may introduce Google AdSense or another clearly identified advertising service in the future. Before personalized advertising or advertising cookies are activated, we will update this policy and introduce any notice or consent controls required for the relevant users and regions.
If Google advertising is introduced, information may be processed as described in Google's Privacy Policy and its advertising documentation. Advertising will remain separate from editorial decisions.
Cookies
Cookies that are strictly necessary for security, traffic management, or protected staff access may be used. Optional analytics or advertising cookies will not be represented as strictly necessary. Where applicable law requires consent, optional cookies will be used only after the required choice has been provided.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including security, auditability, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by information type. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
