These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Oshi Collections, published by . By using the site or its public API, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Nature of the service

Oshi Collections provides an independently edited information catalog. It is not an official service of the people, agencies, publishers, production committees, creators, or rights holders described in the catalog unless expressly stated. The service does not sell access to, ownership of, or endorsement by any listed subject.

Permitted use

You may browse the public site and use publicly documented features for lawful personal, research, reference, or other legitimate purposes. Any automated access must respect published technical limits, access controls, robots directives, and applicable law.

Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the service;

• bypass access controls or attempt to reach non-public administration or editorial systems;

• send malicious code, abusive traffic, deceptive requests, or unlawful content;

• scrape or query the service at a volume that unreasonably burdens it or disregards published limits;

• misrepresent Oshi Collections content as an official statement of a listed person, group, title, or rights holder;

Intellectual property

The Oshi Collections name, original interface, original editorial text, database selection and arrangement, and other original materials are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Names, trademarks, character designs, logos, images, quotations, and works referenced in catalog records remain the property of their respective owners.

These terms do not grant rights to third-party material. Facts may not be protected in the same manner as original expression, but the collection, presentation, source links, and technical service must still be used lawfully. A separate license or API policy may apply to structured data made available for reuse.

Sources, links, and user communications

The service links to third-party sources for verification. We do not control those sites and do not adopt all content found on them. If you send a correction, source, or other message, you confirm that you may provide it and allow us to review, store, and use it for operating and improving the catalog. Submission does not guarantee publication or a response.

Changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue all or part of the service for maintenance, security, legal, editorial, or operational reasons. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Information may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. The separate Disclaimer forms part of these terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from use of or reliance on the service. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion will be submitted to a court in Japan having jurisdiction under applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
